After graduating from McGill University with a focus on Electrical Engineering and a minor in Technological Entrepreneurship, **Léa** started her career by delving into the world of startups. She served as the Public Relations outreach and Marketing lead for **Curbside**, a startup aimed at revolutionizing parking in Montreal. With the ambition of creating products that tackle people’s challenges, she then embarked on her product management journey at **Nuance**, as a TPM for Mix, a conversational AI chatbot builder. She later transitioned to the healthcare industry, where she focuses on addressing burnout and mental fatigue in the radiology sector through innovative AI services. In addition to her current role as PM at **Microsoft**, she is an active member of Toastmasters, honing her public speaking skills.

**Lucas** is a Product Manager focused on the growth of Freemium games, bringing 4 years of experience in the video game industry to his role. Starting as a business analyst after a M.Sc. in Business Intelligence, he provided key support for tough executive decisions, including company acquisitions and the launch of a freemium game. His career path led him to product management with a clear aim: to understand the fun factor and grow live games. Currently, **Lucas** works on enhancing several well-known franchises, including **Jurassic World**: **The Game and Dragons: Rise of Berk**, with the goal of maintaining their relevance and appeal as long-standing products.

**Trevor** is a seasoned product leader with 10 years of experience leading & growing product teams to achieve incredible results and deliver amazing customer journeys. He is a deep subject matter expert in telecommunications, marketplaces, retail & ecommerce, after spending the majority of his career at **TELUS** and **Wayfair**. Launched numerous 0-1 products and scaled products across millions of customers, delivering over $250M in value to the organizations I’ve been a part of. Currently seeking his next product leadership opportunity in fintech, health tech or proptech.
