**Presentation**
Product Discovery is not just a phase—it’s the backbone of successful product management. It informs us, guides us, and helps us validate our hunches. By continuously engaging with our users and integrating their feedback, we don’t just build products, we build game-changers that truly solve problems.
In this session, we will delve deep into the art and science of getting user feedbacks during Product Discovery. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s on the agenda:
1. **Efficient User Recruitment**: Discover tactics to find and engage with the right users who can provide actionable insights.
2. **Sourcing Feedback**: Uncover strategies to gather user feedback from a myriad of sources and organizing it, ensuring a holistic understanding of user needs.
This Meetup is the first of the 2 Meetups we will do on Product Discovery. In this Meetup we will focus mostly on quantity (i.e. gather as many feedback from as many sources as possible) whereas the next one will be focus on quality (i.e how to remove biases / avoid traps / uncover the right problems).
