*Event partnership with Software Crafters Montreal
**Important Information**
* The event will take place at our Montreal Office: 1100 Av. des Canadiens-de-Montréal Suite #401. The entry is on avenue des canadiens and NOT Saint-Antoine (as the GPS might suggest). From there you can take the elevator to the 4th floor.
* The event will start at 6 pm with a short networking session with beer & pizza.
* All participants must register once in our offices for security purposes. By simply inserting your name and email adresse, you will be given a name tag.
* The discussion will be held in English.
**Detailed Agenda and logistics**
* **6 pm:** Enjoy food & drinks, meet people, and chill before the event begins. It’s a fantastic moment to get to know each other.
* **6 h 55 pm:** We regroup. Organizers do a quick presentation of the meetup and a short introduction of Software Craftsmanship as well as Coveo to newcomers.
* **7 pm:** Short presentations from the community. You can stand up and propose something if you want.
Typical intervention could be:
* I just want to say hi (3 seconds)
* I discovered this new tool, here’s the website, you should check it out (1 minute)
* I’ve prepared a little presentation with a few slides (max. 10min)
* **8 h 30:** We regroup again. One person in each group does a short recap of what was discussed, so anyone gets a TL;DR of the different discussions. Then we say goodbye and go home, full of joy and motivation until the next meetup.
